Refund policy

𝐀𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐪𝐫𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬

We are committed to providing premium-quality Pure Desi Ghee made using traditional methods. Because we sell food products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and product quality.

𝟏. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬

A return or replacement request will only be accepted if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged, leaking, or broken during delivery.
• The product has a verified quality issue.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video of the product
• A brief explanation of the issue

𝟐. 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The product has been opened or used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery.
• The return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
• The product was stored improperly after delivery.

𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will always be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is requested for reasons other than our mistake, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.

𝟒 .𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

If you receive a damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Every jar and tin of Milqra Pure Desi Ghee is prepared under strict quality standards and carefully inspected before dispatch. Customer satisfaction remains our priority.
